Janette is the Founder and Executive Director of Cell Dogs, Inc., a nonprofit that provides second chances for shelter dogs and incarcerated individuals. She is a former Orange County Animal Care Advisory Board Chair, and has been recognized numerous times for her dedication in volunteering.

Phil Singerman was the CEO of Norm's Restaurants, an iconic, pop-culture chain of restaurants in Southern California. He brings to our board over 45 years of business and financial management experience.

Dr. Malo is the founder of Garden Grove Dog & Cat Hospital and the Orange County Emergency Pet Clinics. He also sits on the Leadership Cabinet for the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce.

Elaine Myers is the Hospital Administrator for the Orange County Emergency Pet Clinics. She is the current Treasurer for the California Registered Veterinary Technician Association (CaRVTA), the Chair of the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association (SCVMA) Veterinary Team Member Group and a member of the Board of Directors for the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce.
